ISOAPTransportTimeout::Timeout Property

[propget] HRESULT Timeout([in] long timeOut);
[propput] HRESULT Timeout([in] long timeOut);

This get/sets the current timeout value [in milliseconds]. The same value is used for both the send and receive timeout.
